By accessing or using NestLogs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Description of Service
NestLogs provides an AI-powered cloud log intelligence platform. We offer both free and paid plans with varying levels of log retention, volume, and features as described on our pricing page.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Use of Service
You agree to use NestLogs only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for the content of the logs you send to our platform. You must not use our service to store or transmit sensitive data such as passwords, credit card numbers, or personally identifiable information unless properly sanitized.
5. Fees and Payment
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change our fees upon 30 days' notice.
6. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for any reason, including breach of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time via your account settings.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NestLogs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which NestLogs Inc. is registered, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
